To join our team, begin by locating our Job Application online and completing the questionnaire along with the DISC assessment. Following that, we will review your application and contact you for further steps. If your qualifications meet our requirements, you'll be invited for an in-person interview, followed by a practical interview. Subsequently, a job offer will be extended to you. After accepting the offer, you'll proceed to our onboarding process to officially join our team!

A Promising Pathway

At Guardians Care Alliance, we offer a clear pathway for career advancement, starting from entry-level positions as a Direct Support Professional (DSP). As individuals gain experience and complete a 35-hour DSP class certification or demonstrate equivalent experience, they can progress to DSP One. Moving further along the pathway, DSP Two requires completion of both 35-hour DSP class certifications or equivalent experience. With three or more years of experience and holding certifications as DSP One and DSP Two, employees can advance to the role of Advance DSP. Additionally, we provide opportunities for specialization in areas such as CNA, LVN, RBT, and Advanced Behavioral training.
